Eden Ensemble is a group of professional musicians who perform with each other on a regular basis. Our musicians are first class musicians who are well trained and have a lot of experience in playing for all occasions.
Based in South Florida, we serve Palm Beach, Broward and Dade counties. Eden Ensemble has performed engagements in Maine, New York, New Jersey, and California.
About Asis Asis Reyes is active as an orchestral and chamber musician in South Florida. In New York City, he was principal flute of the Astoria Music Society and the East Side Orchestra. He has performed with the Philharmonic Orchestra of the Americas, Monadnock Music Festival Orchestra, and the Colonial Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Reyes had his New York Debut in Carnegie Hall in December 2004. In addition has performed at Alice Tully Hall, Symphony Space, Riverside Church, St. John the Devine Church, International House, Manhattan School of Music, Hunter College, and The Graduate Center. He has also performed with distinguished artists such as Laura Gilbert, Linda Chesis, and Carol Wincenc. In May of 2005 Mr. Reyes was featured as soloist with the Astoria Music Society Orchestra in a performance of Bach’s Second Orchestral Suite. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from the Harid Conservatory (FL), his Master's from the Manhattan School of Music (NY) and is currently finishing his Doctorate (D.M.A.) from The City University of New York. His teachers include Christine Nield-Capote, Laura Gilbert, Michael Parloff and Keith Underwood. |
